RETURNS

All sales are final. No returns. No refunds. Exchange only. 

All orders are hand printed in-house to maintain the highest possible quality.

Due to high demand, orders typically ship within 5-11 business days from the time you order. After the items are shipped - standard shipping transit times apply based on your shipping choice on checkout.

Each item is made custom for YOU. For this reason all orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. 

International customers are responsible for their country's respective customs, taxes, duties or any other fees.

Damaged or defective goods?

Sometimes things happen. We always want to put out the highest quality items and will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged only. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send us an email with photos of the damaged item to info @ konfusedink.com ASAP with your order number and tracking number for the item received. 

We can not take responsibility for items delayed or lost in the mail. Please make sure your shipping address is updated, we are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect address. 

We will happily review the damage and if we made a mistake, we will gladly do everything in our power to make it right. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for fit issues. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size, if you need more info on the size of an item you can find in our size chart or feel free to ask us via email.
